Ingredients for making creamy green corn juice:

 1 large ear of corn

 1½ cups of milk (360 milliliters)

 ½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

 3 tablespoons of sugar

How to Make Creamy Green Corn Juice:

Clean the cob and remove the beans with the help of a sharp knife.

Tip: Do not cut the beans too close to the cob to avoid the hard part.

In a blender place the corn kernels, half a cup of milk and half a cup of water. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.

Pass the mixture through a sieve to filter out all the pieces, and transfer the contents to a pan.

To get a creamy corn juice, place the pan over low heat, add the sugar and stir until it thickens.

Turn off the heat, wait for the mixture to cool and blend in a blender with the rest of the milk.
